This application for regular bail arises out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 298/2019, disclosing the offence under Section 25(1-B)/26/35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019. Allegedly from the petitioner's possession one mobile phone and one live cartridge has been recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Vikki Patel @ Himanshu Kumar Patel has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65979 of 2019. He submits that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.
Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69859 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 298/2019 This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
