This Court vide order dated 09.09.2020 called for the status of the case, whereupon a letter dated 14.09.2020 has been received from the office of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur wherein it has been mentioned that out of five prosecution witnesses, one witness has been examined, nonbailable warrant has been issued against charge-sheeted witnesses on 12.03.2020, but due to Epidemic Covid-19 and Lock-down, no evidence has been recorded and if both side cooperates, the case is likely to be concluded in nine months.
