Petitioner seeks bail in Azimabad P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
