No.668/2018. This court has specifically directed the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from 05.03.2020. In other words, on or before 04.04.2020, the representation should have been filed. On the other hand, petitioner had submitted representation on 21.08.2020. The petitioner has not sought for extension of time to submit representation or filing a review petition in seeking

Patna High Court MJC No.3129 of 2023 dt.06-03-2024 2/2 extension of time. Therefore, question of entertaining the present contempt petition is not warranted due lapses on the part of petitioner, in so far complying directions of this court on his part.

2. Accordingly, the present MJC contempt stands dismissed. Dismissal of the present petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to approach the concerned authority if his grievance is still subsisting, in the light of belated submission of representation to the concerned authority.
