2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied that any case has been made out by the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2. The petitioner has not been able to show that any amount was received from the Delhi Office which was not refunded to the depositors in violation of the undertaking given by the opposite party no. 2 at the time of grant of bail. The allegation that the opposite party no. 2 was threatening the petitioner and other Marketing Manager is merely a bald and sweeping statement without any specific details whatsoever in that regard. The petitioner has also not shown to have taken any legal steps against
