====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Mr. Satayam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present matter the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed as the respondents have recalled the order impugned in this writ petition. However, he submits that if any grievance of the petitioners remains subsisting, liberty shall be granted to the petitioners to agitate the matter in accordance with law.

In view of the recall of the order impugned, the issue raised in the present writ petition has become academic. It is needless to say that consequential benefits accrued to the petitioner pursuant to the recall of the order, must be extended to the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If any other grievance is still subsisting, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to agitate the same before the appropriate forum.
