The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case no. 183 of 2017, registered under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Rs. 5,50,800/- was allotted to Gangotri Project Girls High Scholl, Chenari as a pre-matric scholarship for distribution the same in the girls students, but Ravi Pratap Singh, Headmaster, of the school did not distribute the same in the girls students and prepared forged list of distribution of pre-matric scholarship in respect to distributing Rs. 900/- per student while Rs. 1800/- was to be provided to each student. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57123 of 2017 (2) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 Pratap Singh in collusion with 10 persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, have misappropriated Rs. 5,50,800/-. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is the member of Panchayat, whereas petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are villagers and they have no concerned for distribution of scholarship money in the girls students, but they have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.
