2. The accused/petitioners are named in the FIR and apprehending their arrest in connection with Cyber (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 06/2024 registered under Sections 509, 500(1), 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'I.P.C.') and Sections 66 and 67 of the I.T. Act.
3. Allegations against the petitioner is of sexually harassing admittedly the major sister, of the informant, along with other named co-accused persons when certain dispute surfaced regarding previous monetary disputes in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the allegations which can be gathered from perusal of the FIR is of sexual harassment of the sister of the informant. It is pointed out that in support of the same certain facebook contents appears annexed with FIR itself, which is at page number 18, 19 and 20 of the petition. It is submitted that none of these photographs and also the narrations available there suggest any sexual intent on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, the allegation is apparently false on its face. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of the facts as none of the photographs of the victim sister of the informant, which is available at page 18, 19 and 20 suggest prima facie any sexual intent, accordingly, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Cyber (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 06/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under
