2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a), 30(b) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Excl. Spl. Excise Court No. 2, Gaya.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned
