The petitioner seeks bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 518/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act read with Sections 8, 20 and 22 of NDPS Act. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and 500gm Charas has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has criminal antecedent. There are several cases pending against this petitioner as mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition and all the cases are of serious nature. In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
