The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties are close relative. He further submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the injuries caused to the informant is simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Case No. 191 of 2019.
