JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and after that petitioner was arrested and, he too, confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 12.04.2019 but up till now he was not put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
