JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26 (i) of the Arms Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case charge has been framed against the petitioner and is in custody since 21.08.2022. The petitioner is accused in four other criminal cases. It seems that petitioner is hardened criminal. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed with a direction to the District Judge, Munger to transfer all the cases pending against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72378 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2023 2/2 the present petitioner in one court having jurisdiction over the cases and get the trial of the aforesaid cases expedited. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Munger through FAX forthwith for its compliance.
