Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on suspicion that the petitioner and others have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. vide Annexure-2 stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58139 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria Police Station Case No.142 of 2017 (G.R.No.789 of 2017), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
