The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P. S. Case No. 300 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and a live cartridge have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. From para 3 of the bail petition, it appears that 8 cases are pending against this petitioner which are for the offence under Sections 392, 307/ 120B of the IPC, Sections 25(1-b)A, and 26 of the Arms Act and Sections, 37(A)(B) 30(a), 38, 41 (1)(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to
