Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 for the offence under section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is Mama of the victim. He submits that petitioner is bank employee, residing at Patna whereas his house was occupied by the victim and her brother who used to stay at the house of this petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.03.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
