It has been jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Bank that the payment has now been

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner no.2 is "Pardanashin" lady, the Bank may be directed to specify a date on which day she will visit and all the process be completed.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel representing the Bank fairly submits that he on his own will request/inform the bank official to do the needful, once the petitioners fulfill all the criteria.

In view of the fair submission made by learned counsel for the Bank, the petition stands disposed of. It goes without saying that the Bank will take all positive steps and see to it that the process is completed on the day they fix the date and the petitioner no.2 visits the Bank. So far as the other grievance of petitioners is/are concerned, they always have the remedy to agitate the same. The writ petition stands disposed of.
