For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authority to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Peon of Bank of Baroda, Branch-Sitamarhi with all consequential benefits.

II. For further direction to the respondents authority to allow the petitioner to discharge his duty after regularization of his service as he was working from 2014 as a casual staff as has been done in another branches in case of similarly circumstances

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the Ld. Labour Court of competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
