Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that firearm was recovered from possession of the co-accused and motorcycle of the petitioner has been seized. The petitioner has produced supporting document that the motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR38D 2531 is registered in the name of the son of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58462 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikty Police Station Case No.224 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
