Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eye-witness of the occurrence of murder. The petitioner has been implicated only due to suspicion that since she had illicit relation with the husband of the deceased, as such, she conspired and committed murder of the deceased. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and petitioner is a female who is in custody since 04.07.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
