The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.109 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged mark-sheet of matriculation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the post, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.109 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
