The petitioner is an institution imparting Management course represented through its nodal officer has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent authorities to send the Pre Admission Mandatory Tuition Fee of MBA students for Session 2016-17 in pursuance of Memo No. 4/Nidhe-Pravishokottar-Chhatravriti-14001/2014-165, Patna dated 27.01.2014 issued by the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.17455 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/3 Secretary, SC/ST Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that despite the students having admitted in the institution and imparted education of MBA course for the Session 2016-17 and further duly verified by the concerned authorities, till date, the payment of mandatory tuition fee has not been paid to the petitioner's institution. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has approached all the authorities concerned and submitted various representation, including the representation before the respondent nos. 1 and 2, but no action has been taken, compelling the petitioner to approach this Court.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that since the petitioner has already preferred a detailed representation, the same shall be taken and disposed off by the competent authority.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced and taking note of the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with the necessary supporting documents and the order of this Court before the Additional Chief Secretary, SC/ST Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna, preferably within a period of four weeks, from today.

6. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondent aforenoted, preferably within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17455 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 3/3 further period of eight weeks and disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order.

7. Suffice it to observe that if the grievance of the petitioner finds bona fide, necessary monetary benefits shall also be accorded to the petitioner within the period stipulated.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
