Petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No.290 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged against this petitioner that he caused injury in the abdomen of the informant with Fasuli. Injury report of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, doctor has found injury to be simple in nature. The doctor has mentioned in the supplementary injury report that conservative treatment was given, no any x-ray and USG abdomen is seen till date and patient was discharged from PMCH.
