Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not pressing the present appeal,

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1308 of 2019(3) dt.07-09-2020 2/2 hence he want to withdraw the present appeal, preffered against the order dated 25.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6910 of 2016, whereby the Circle Officer, Maharajganj directed the appellant to remove the encroachment in pursuance to the order passed in Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2017-18. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
