JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 59 of 2018 corresponding to T.R. No. 4293 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 498A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the report of the learned Mediator dated 06.02.2020 of the Patna High Court Mediation and Re-conciliation Centre wherein he has stated that the dispute

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75580 of 2019(4) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the term of settlement mutually agreed upon by them has been attached, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with C.R. No. 59 of 2018 corresponding to T.R. No. 4293 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
