ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.324 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody on pure suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is the supplier of drinking water to shops and when he came out in the morning to bring milk, then the police have arrested him. It is further submitted that the mobile alleged to have been recovered from his possession along with Rs.240/- was not from his conscious possession. Therefore, he may be

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.324 of 2017.
