JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019. The FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner subsequently surfaced on the basis of information of spy. Till date the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand)
