The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.283 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation against the petitioner is regarding recovery of 310 bottles of 300 ml each of Nepali Gaurav Safi liquor from a lane adjacent to the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has got a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.08.2017. Case No.283 of 2017.
