Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The similarly situated person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10704 of 2019 vide order dated 22.02.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 31/07/2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
