1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to get the encroachment removed, which has been made over the Government land, in front of the house of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No.174, Khesra No.1794 old 818, by the private respondents no.5 to 8, situated at village- Fulthua, P.S.- Simri, District-Darbhanga, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 i.e. the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16953 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 Circle Officer, Sighwara, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
