Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dehri Dalmiya Nagar P.S. Case No. 746 of 2018 for the offence under sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that informant has levelled omnibus allegation against all the petitioners that they assembled and have committed murder of the deceased.
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72106 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 antecedent and they are in custody since 11.09.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dehri Dalmiya Nagar P.S. Case No. 746 of 2018.
