JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Near about 12 liters liquor are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.08.2019. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.
