2. Heard Mr. Shahnawaz Ali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Vivek Prasad, learned counsel for the Zila Parishad and Mr. Kumar Alok, learned SC 7 for the State.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that all the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. Only Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) on account of original bill has not been paid.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the State that after the petitioner gives details about the dues, which still remains

Patna High Court CWJC No.20783 of 2019(7) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 pending, the same will be re-calculated and paid to the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Personal appearance of Mrs. Pratibha Rani, District Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) is dispensed with.
