The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2017 in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No.726 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
