Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was pillion-rider on stolen motorcycle when the police apprehended the motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58601 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 case is pending in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No. 393 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
