JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P. S. Case No. 34 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. which was registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code but later on, it transpired that in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of suspicion. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on the basis of suspicion, the Deputy Superintendent of Police has mentioned the name of the petitioner in this case. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17610 of 2018 (3) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 ground that there are three cases pending against the petitioner. However, in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below and makes prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
