2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 193/2003 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have taken the documents of the victims and opened bank account in their names and has used their bank account to park his illegally earned money.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78545 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed for the present.
