Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-4.

Learned AC to GP-4, at the outset, submits that petitioner has rushed to this court against the order dated 15-3-2024 passed by the Circle Officer in Mutation Case No. 4075-R27/20232024, whereby his application for mutation has been rejected. 3.

Learned AC to GP-24 next submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the D.C.L.R in appeal, but without exhausting the said remedy, petitioner has directly moved this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for some time realising his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to raise all the issues in appeal before the authority competent.

Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
