The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bithan PS case no. 151 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 37.5 ltrs. of illicit liquor from the motorcycle being driven by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.08.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and the period of custody undergone, this Court is
