The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No. C2-615/17 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is recovery of 36 litres Nepali Soufi wine from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 30.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of custody already undergone and the fact that he has got a clean
