JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 08/18, registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she has not deposited the relevant certificates before the committee as per the direction.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as she was on maternity leave she could not produce the relevant documents before the committee an is now ready to deposit the same.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22877 of 2018 (4) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 08/18, with the condition that once the genuineness of the certificates of the petitioner is verified and if the same is found to genuine and appointment of petitioner as valid, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed of if the certificates submitted by her is found to be forged, the petitioner has to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
