Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur (Muffrasil)) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) and 42(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019.
