The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 225, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is only a member of the mob.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70925 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
