The present application has been filed renewing the prayer for anticipatory bail, which was earlier rejected on 06.07.2017 on the ground that after disposal of the anticipatory bail application, the circumstance has changed inasmuch as the main accused namely, Pawan Paswan has since been extended the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 13.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59237. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus, submits that considering the fact that petitioner's case stands on similar footing to that of co-accused Pawan Paswan, who has been extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail vide order dated 13.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59237 of 2017, the petitioner may also be granted anticipatory bail. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21596 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.
