Petitioners are accused in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 384 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 24.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
