During course of immersion deity Durga, petitioner along with others pelted stones as well as also used filthy languages against particular religion, happens to be under custody since 03.10.2017. Furthermore, as is evident from Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has been made an accused after apprehension in this case, in another case relating to Jamui P. S. Case No.323 of 2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Imroz Alam @ Imroz Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P. S. Case No.321 of 2017.
