Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Submission is that the FIR named co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 Series. The only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.59536 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.103 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No.103 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
