Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Madhepura P.S. case no. 367/2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 365, 307, 379 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that these petitioners along with 15-20 unknown boys surrounded the vehicle of the informant and assaulted him and thereafter they took him away in the house of Vishal Kumar Bablu and also kept the

The injury report of the injured is enclosed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition wherein the doctor has found only bruise and swelling over the person of the injured. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Madhepura P.S. case no. 367/2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
