1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-26.

2. The defects, as pointed out by the office, are hereby ignored.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the authorities for declaring the raiyaiti land of Mauza Bihta pertaining to Survey Plot No. 142, Area 5.23 acres and Plot No. 139, Area 2.59 acres under Khata No. 292, Tauzi No. 3902 by issuing the rent receipt in favour of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel submits that petitioner had already represented before the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Patna, District Magistrate, Patna and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16963 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 S.D.O., Danapur for the relief sought for in the instant writ application by his representation dated 24.05.2024. It is next submitted that the S.D.O., Danapur vide his letter no. 1354 dated 10.06.2024 has directed the Circle Officer, Bihta to enquire into the matter in accordance with law.

5. Learned counsel submits that despite letter no. 1354 dated 10.06.2024 issued by the S.D.O., Danapur, the Circle Officer, Bihta is sitting tight over the matter.

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application be disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Bihta to carry out a direction as contained in letter no. 1354 dated 10.06.2024 issued by the S.D.O., Danapur.

7. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Bihta to act in terms of the letter no. 1354 dated 10.06.2024 issued by the S.D.O., Danapur within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

8. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
