The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and high handedness of police. Further submission is that petitioners are sellers of SIM cards. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have sold the SIM cards on the fake certificates but they have no source to examine the certificates are fake or

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72081 of 2022(4) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 genuine. It is further submitted that the Telecom company is responsible to verify the certificates before activation of the SIM cards. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
